About FLDHC Help Clinic

The FLDHC examines Family Law in a modern way. During our struggling economy, it is becoming increasingly more difficult for people to afford proper legal representation. Seeing many of our family and friends become penniless through their separation and divorce, spending endless amounts of funds on lawyers fees made us come up with an innovative way for the public to separate from their spouses and not have to worry about their pocket-books.
 

We consulted with two leading Family Law Lawyers, Alden L. Birman and R. Richard Stone to have them assemble a comprehensive separation package. The package explains all of your legal rights and obligations concerning virtually all of the issues surrounding your separation.  In addition, we had the Lawyers prepare sample Court documents for you to use so that you can fill out your own Court forms and handle your case on your own.
 
It takes several hours of a Lawyer's docketed time to explain your case, your motivations and your priorities.  Wouldn't you rather handle your own case while you are most intimate with the facts, you know the other party better than anyone and you will save literally thousands upon thousands of dollars.
